Shipping and Returns

Orders will be shipped the day the payment is received, or at the latest the next working day.

In Peninsula (mainland Spain) will be delivered in a period of 24 to 48 hours from the time of shipment, except in the case of places difficult to locate or situations impossible to foresee due to force majeure, strikes, etc.

For the rest of Europe the delivery time is between 5 and 10 working days, except in the case of locations difficult to locate or situations impossible to foresee due to force majeure, strikes, etc. Tracking number for international shippings will be available in 36 hours from the communication to the courier company, not before, and only for internal Brudylab use. Brudylab will make the follow up only in case of delayed delivery. 
 
BrudyLab is not responsible for delivery delays or other problems related to the transport of merchandise not attributable directly to it, from the moment of delivery to the courier company.

The transport company handles from Monday to Friday. Orders made during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns and Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 working days, from the date of delivery of the order, to return the item.

To return the item, it is necessary that the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the reason for return is an error on the part of BrudyLab. In the latter case, BrudyLab will also pay for the return shipping costs.

Once we have received the goods, we will refund the agreed amount to the account number you have indicated or on the card with which you made the payment.
