BRUDY RETINA 1.5g has been designed to supplement the daily needs of essential Omega-3 fatty acids and the included group of vitamins, minerals, glutathione, and carotenoids such as lutein and zeaxanthin.

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is an Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid necessary for normal brain and eye function. This benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA.

Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and DHA contribute to normal heart function. This benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA and EPA.

Lutein, together with Zeaxanthin, are deposited in the retina and macula, where they act as a biological filter for light.

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamins C and E, and minerals such as Zinc, Selenium, Copper, and Manganese, participate in the antioxidant protection of the body's cells.

Vitamins B2, B6, B12 contribute to maintaining the normal functioning of the nervous system, and Vitamins B6, B9, and B12 contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Vitamin B2 also contributes to maintaining the normal structure and function of the skin and mucous membranes, such as the ocular conjunctiva.
