BRUDY OPIA has been designed to supplement the daily needs of essential Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A, carotenoids such as lutein and zeaxanthin, and polyphenols such as natural cranberry extract.

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is an Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid necessary for normal eye and brain function. This benefit is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.

Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and DHA contribute to normal heart function. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

Vitamin A contributes to normal cell differentiation, the maintenance of normal vision, and keeping the skin and mucous membranes, such as the ocular conjunctiva, healthy.

Lutein and Zeaxanthin actively accumulate in the retina and macula, where they act as a biological filter for light.
