Artificial Tears

The "artificial tears" have no pharmacological activity . They only aim to moisturize and lubricate the ocular surface, to mitigate the annoying symptoms of ocular dryness: itching, stinging, foreign body sensation, heavy eyelid sensation, blurred vision, etc.

Hyaluronic acid is a biological polymer compatible with human tissues that provides viscoelastic properties to lubricate and avoid rubbing the blinking, as well as to lengthen the residence time on the ocular surface.

It is important to use sterile, non-preservative lactating substitutes to avoid its cytotoxic and sensitizing effect on long-term use.

By varying the concentration of hyaluronic acid from 0.10% to 0.18% and 0.30%, it allows the patient to choose the concentration of use that feels most comfortable for him.
